When you use our Roblox verification system, we may collect the following:- Roblox OAuth Token & Refresh Token: These tokens allow us to verify your Roblox account and link it to your Discord account for group verification purposes.
- Discord User ID: To associate your verified Roblox account with your Discord account.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for:- Verifying your Roblox account.
- Fetching your rank in our group to give you the correct roles.
- Connecting your Roblox account to your Discord account for group access in High Science.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of our verification system.
3. Data Storage
- Your OAuth tokens and Discord ID are stored securely and are not shared with any third parties.
- Tokens are stored temporarily for the purpose of verification. Refresh tokens are stored securely to allow session continuation if needed.
4. Data Retention
- Your information is retained only as long as necessary for verification purposes.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by opening a ticket and requesting the Project Director.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.6. Third-Party Access
- We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Roblox or Discord information to outside parties.
- Your OAuth tokens are only used to verify your account and never accessed for any other purpose.
7. Your Rights
- You have the right to request information about the data we store about you.
- You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.
